How do I cancel or modify my order?

Feel free to engage in a conversation with us through our website or send us an email at hello@beanbagcoffee.in. Make sure to include your order number in the email, and we’ll gladly assist you. Kindly be aware that you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, as it transitions to the ready-to-dispatch phase after that timeframe.

When will I receive my refund?

Usually, refunds are handled within a week starting from the cancellation date. If you haven’t obtained your reimbursement in 7 business days, feel free to have a conversation with us or send an email to Hello@beanbagcoffee.in.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Kindly send us a picture of the received product, along with your order number, to Hello@beanbagcoffee.in. We’d be pleased to provide you with a replacement.

Can I return the product received?

We’re sorry, but we can’t take back the items you bought. If something you got is damaged, email us at hello@beanbagcoffee.in, and we’ll gladly give you a new one.
