Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used coffee products.

Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Refund Process
If your request for a refund is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs for Returns
